EVOLV ～進化シミュレーター～

スノーボールアース環境下/終結イベント時の
多細胞生物の進化をシミュレーションしました。
このシミュレーターで再現出来る主なことは以下です。

熱水孔付近で多細胞動物が遊泳能力を獲得
全球凍結の終了により動物が海洋に爆発的に拡散
捕食者の出現
底生生活者の出現
固着性動物の出現
系統的多様性の収斂
待ち伏せ戦略の出現
底生生活者が防御機構を発達
巨大捕食者の出現
防御機構を発達させた巨大遊泳者の出現

I simulated the evolution of multicellular organisms
under Snowball Earth conditions
and during the termination event.
The main events this simulator can recreate are as follows.

Multicellular animals acquire swimming ability near hydrothermal vents
Animals explosively spread into oceans following the end of global glaciation
Emergence of predators
Emergence of benthic organisms
Emergence of sessile animals
Convergence of phylogenetic diversity
Emergence of ambush strategies
